Disco Light: Party Flash is a free, ad-supported flashlight tool — an LED torch with flash alerts, a color screen light, SOS and strobe modes. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. The SOS light is a visual signal only and does not contact emergency services.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Disco Light ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
The App turns on your device's LED as a flashlight, blinks it as a flash alert for incoming calls and notifications, shows a color screen light, and provides an SOS strobe and party/strobe modes. Availability of these features depends on your device's LED, hardware and Android settings, and they may not work on every device.
Flash alerts and the SOS light rely on your device's LED and system settings and may be delayed or unavailable. The SOS light is a visual signal only — it does not contact emergency services, dial any number, or notify anyone on your behalf. Do not rely on the App as your sole means of summoning help or being found in an emergency. Photosensitive users should take care with strobe and SOS modes.

The App is free and supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions; if paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.
Your chosen modes, colors and preferences are stored locally and are removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Frequent or prolonged use of the LED torch may warm your device and use battery. Available features depend on your device.
The App, including its design, code, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Third-party app names shown in screenshots are trademarks of their owners, used only to indicate notification sources. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the above, the App is not an emergency or safety device, and we do not warrant that the flashlight, flash alerts or SOS light will function on any particular device or in any situation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
